MelquÃsedec Nascimento is a Brazilian lieutenant and blogger. On February 2, 2008 he reported that the governor of Rio de Janeiro, Sérgio Cabral, had ordered the police to arrest him ((Militar Legal » Governador Sérgio Cabral ordeno prisão do tenente MelquÃsedec)). According to Nascimento, this detention was ordered because of a photo composition and a video he had posted on his blog in which Governor Cabral is depicted as Pinocchio.
